This policy explains what data Finlaki.com handles when you use the service.
What data we collect
We only process the data you submit when interacting with the chat (your questions and follow-ups) and basic technical information your browser sends with every request (IP address, user agent).
Search and chat history
Conversations are kept in your browser session only and are not stored on our servers. Reloading the page clears your history.
AI prompts
Your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate an answer. We do not retain these prompts beyond what is needed to produce the immediate response.
Analytics and cookies
Finlaki.com does not use advertising cookies. Minimal anonymous analytics may be used to understand aggregate usage and improve the service.
Third-party services
To deliver answers, prompts are processed by AI providers (such as large-language-model APIs) and search results are retrieved from public sources including finlex.fi. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to the processing they perform.
Your rights
Because we do not store accounts or conversation history, there is usually no personal data to access, correct, or delete. For any privacy-related questions, contact privacy@finlaki.com.
